Randy’s offers trash collection in by using one of our three cart sizes. Most of our residential routes are serviced by automated trucks. Reduction in operation expenses allow us to maintain low rates. Please keep these important items in mind:

• We ask that trash be out by 6:00am or place it to the curb the night before
• Place cart so that the cart lid opening faces towards the street
• It may be necessary to send a different truck to service large items. The service of extra or bulk items, can be arranged by calling the service center.
• Ashes are never acceptable in trash.

Randy’s bills residential services quarterly. We offer on-line bill pay as well as electronic payment options.

Randy’s is proud to be one of the few family owned independent haulers left in the metro area. We ask our customers to agree to call our customer service department directly to verbally communicate any changes or cancels of any subscribed services. It is necessary to make arrangements for last collection day, removal of carts, pickup of any extra items, as well as final payments. Cancellation prior to one year may result in close-out fees. We work hard to earn customer loyalty. Randy’s always does what it takes to keep our customers satisfied. That’s our personal guarantee to you!
