We would like to help preserve the beauty of our river going through Delano and make it easy to drop off materials and have them properly recycled or disposed of. Make a quick stop with all those unwanted phones, desktop computers, TVs, or other unwanted stuff that is just sitting in the garage.

Did you know this about appliances that typically contain 70% steel? Making new steel out of recycled scrap uses 1/4 of the energy required to process steel from virgin ore, so using recycled steel is very good for our environment. Americans recycle about 72% of appliances today but there is certainly room for improvement.

Open six days a week for your convenience, we take those things that can't be routinely disposed of like batteries, tires, fluorescent lights, cell phones, computer screens, televisions, and other electronics, as well as larger items like appliances (freezers, washers, microwaves, etc), tires and mattresses. There is almost no limit to the items we can recycle or dispose of properly, including discarded household items, construction waste, cardboard, and compost materials. There is no need to run from place to place because we take care of everything right here.
