Randy and Sandy Roskowiak are proud to have all six of their children involved in the family business.   Michaela, their youngest, watches over mom and dad while the 5 boys actively take part in the day to day company operation.

Bobby, the oldest, is the Route Coordinator and also oversees the fabrication shop and equipment purchasing.   Andy, next in line, is the Commercial Sales Manager and is also responsible for marketing all recycle commodities.  Nick is a painter in our body shop and helps keep our trucks and dumpsters looking nice.  Ben is the Recycle Facility Manager, while Chris is a Commercial Account Representative.

Randy’s Environmental Services is truly a modern day family owned and operated business with a mission to work with all of our customers in a family-friendly way.  While all the Roskowiaks are committed to the success of the business, each member of the family gives credit to the hard working men and women that make up our dedicated team of employees.  It is this combined effort that paves the way to a secure future for Randy’s Environmental Services.
